Objective To study the determination method of pesticides residue of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph in cucumber.
Methods The pesticide residues in cucumber were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with florsil SolidPhase Extraction(SPE) column. The analytes were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) equipped with Variable Wavelength Detector(VWD) at 260 nm wavelength.
Results The average recoveries of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph ranged 97.74%-102.83% and 83.21%-103.74%, separately. The relative standard deviations were less than 5%. The limits of detection of them were 0.008 mg/kg and 0.014 mg/kg respectively.
Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, it can be used to determine pyrimethanil and dimethomorph residues in cucumber.
