Past, Present, and Future of Legal System on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control in China

This paper aimed to summarize the history of laws, regulations, and standards of occupational disease prevention and control in China and the achievements in establishing the legal system on occupational disease prevention and control. Improvements to the legal system were proposed according to challenges presented in recent years, especially in the goal, principle, and management of legislation.
