3例叠氮化钠中毒病例临床分析

Analysis on Three Clinical Cases of Sodium Azide Poisoning

摘要:
目的探讨叠氮化钠中毒的临床特点。

方法对3例急性叠氮化钠中毒患者的临床表现、治疗情况等进行分析。

结果叠氮化钠中毒可有不同临床表现,急性中毒表现有中毒性脑病、周围神经病变等。

结论急性叠氮化钠中毒性脑病、周围神经病变目前尚无特效药物治疗,主要以激素、高压氧、维生素B₁₂、运动疗法等对症支持治疗为主。

Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of sodium azide poisoning.

Methods Study the clinical manifestation and course of 3 cases of acute sodium azide poisoning.

Results Various clinical manifestations including toxic encephalopathy,peripheral neuropathy and etc.were presented in sodium azide poisoning.

Conclusion There is no specific treatment for acute toxic encephalopathy and peripheral neuropathy,at present.Methyl-prednisolone,hyperbaric oxygen inhalation,oral vitamin B₁₂,and kinesiatrics are the major supportive treatments.
