Abstract:
Objective To understand the necessity of basic occupational health services in enterprises with occupational hazards in Qingpu District, so as to further promote occupational health services.
Methods A total of 338 occupational health managers of 338 enterprises with occupational hazards were interviewed randomly. A face-to-face questionnaire was conducted.
Results The necessity of occupational health services included training and instruction (62.7%), occupational health check-up (64.5%), monitoring (60.9%) and evaluation (64.5%) on occupational hazards.
Conclusion Enterprises in Qingpu District have a great demand for occupational health services, which need more enhanced support and investment from government.
