Review on Research of the Change of Free Radicals, ATP and Ca2+ in Cell Damaged by Nickel Compounds

  • 摘要: 镍化合物(nickel compounds)是人类在生产和生活中广泛接触的工业物质。镍化合物对细胞的损伤表现主要是以细胞自由基、磷酸三腺苷(ATP)和钙离子(Ca2+)及相关酶类和相关基因的变化。为进一步了解镍化合物对细胞自由基、ATP和Ca2+变化的影响,本文综述报道国内外对镍化合物细胞损伤中自由基、ATP和Ca2+方面变化的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Nickle compounds are industrial materials with widely contact to human living and production. Nickle compounds mainly injury the cell in free radical, ATP and Ca2+ and genes associated with related enzyme changes. For research cell damaged by the nickel compounds, a review on free radical, ATP and Ca2+ in cell damaged by nickel compounds is presented.
