Abstract: Facing the challenges of both new and traditional occupational health threats and the low coverage of occupational health services (OHS) worldwide, a strategy of integrating OHS with primary health care has been developed. The present article introduced models integrating OHS into primary health care and the current situation of OHS-integrated primary health care models in other countries. Proposals to improve basic OHS in China were discussed after analyzing the effects of implementing OHS integrated with primary health care.
