Problems and Countermeasures on Occupational Health Management of China's Migrant Workers

摘要

摘要: 农民工面临劳动卫生条件较差, 职业病人数逐年攀升, 职业卫生服务机构覆面小等问题。针对诸多农民工职业卫生问题产生的原因, 提出提高农民工职业防护意识;加大企业职业卫生投入力度;加强政府职业卫生监督和职业卫生技术服务机构建设等措施来改变当前现状。

Abstract: An increasing amount of migrant workers who were exposed to unqualified occupational conditions and services and suffered from occupational diseases were reported in China. The paper proposed corresponding countermeasures to raise the awareness of occupational protection for migrant workers, such as increasing enterprises' investment in occupational health services, and building a strong occupational health management system based on the analysis of the causes of occupational health and safety issues.
