工作内容量表在建筑行业职工中应用的信度和效度

The Reliability and Validity of Chinese Version of Job Content Questionnaire in the Practice in Workers of Building Industry

    目的 评估中文版工作内容量表(Job Content Questionnaire, JCQ)在建筑行业职工中应用的效度和信度。

    方法 于 2008年 4~7月间, 采用多阶段随机抽样法抽取包头市在建建筑工地的 551名工龄在 1年以上的在职职工为研究对象, 应用 JCQ问卷进行职业紧张状况的调查和评价。

    结果 问卷的应答率为 95%。信度:JCQ 5个模块的同质信度 Cronbach's α系数为 0.60~0.82。效度:主成分分析方差最大正交旋转提取 4个因子, 4个因子的条目组成与 JCQ量表4个模块组成一致。Pearson相关分析提示问卷主要模块与生理、心理健康状况均具有相关性(P < 0.05或 P < 0.01)。

    结论 工作内容量表 JCQ在包头市建筑行业中使用有较好的信度和效度。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Job Content Questionnaire(JCQ) in the practice in building industry employees.

    Methods There were 551 build industry employees investigated in this study used the JCQ.

    Results The response rate was 95%. The internal consistency reliabilities(Cronbach's α)of the 5 dimensions ranged from 0.60 to 0.82. The factor analysis confirmed the construct validity for JCQ. In addition, the results of the correlation analysis were associated with poor physical health and poor mental health, respectively(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).

    Conclusion The validity and reliability of JCQ were acceptable.
