Abstract:
Objective To explore an efficient model of occupational health supervision.
Methods The enterprise gradation of occupational health supervision was identified with a quantitative method based on the implementation of the national regulations and preventive measures in the enterprises. Dynamic performance was checked on the achievements over 3 years with the model for the enterprises.
Results Scoring rates in 2005 were 65.75%, 39.49%, 73.30%, 73.80%, 58.24% and 64.10% in organization, preventive measures, environmental monitoring, health surveillance, total score and standardized total score, respectively. They were 73.21%, 69.38%, 81.85%, 75.94%, 74.18% and 80.79% in 2007, significantly increased by 11.35%, 75.69%, 11.66%, 2.87%, 27.37% and 26.04%, respectively, compared with 2005 (P<0.05). The enterprises proportions of grade "excellent" and grade "good" were 10.75% and 36.25%, respectively, in 2007, with the corresponding increases of 160.29% and 176.09% compared with 2005.
Conclusion Quantitative and gradation model of occupational health supervision is in dicated as one of the most efficient approaches.
