Abstract:
This article analyzed the challenges we faced in occupational health supervision in Shanghai, such as undergoing new and old occupational health problems, not attaching importance to occupational disease control and prevention by the government, not carrying out responsibilities by the employers, being restricted of the development of occupational health service, and so on. It also explained the methods and achievements for meeting these challenges. For example, we sorted out ideas of occupational health supervision, established a frame of occupational health management, and explored a mode of occupational health supervision.
