高原地区公路养护职工机体免疫功能的调查

An Investigation of Immune Functions of Highway Maintainance Workers at Highland Area

    目的 了解高原地区公路养护职工的体液免疫、细胞免疫功能及水平。

    方法 从海拔2 800 m、3 500 m、4 300 m的公路养护区随机抽取194名公路养护工,用免疫速率散射比浊法检测其血清免疫球蛋白G、A、M含量(g/L);用流式细胞术检测其外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+(%)。

    结论 3组海拔梯度公路养护工的免疫球蛋白G、A含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),免疫球蛋白M差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

    结论 在高原相对低氧的环境中,公路养护工人的细胞免疫、体液免疫功能有所改变。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To investigate the status of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in highway maintainance workers at highland area.

    Methods A sum of 194 highway maintainance workers working at different altitudes of 2800m, 3500m, and 4 300 m were randomly sampled and investigated. Their serum content of immunoglobulin (Ig)G, A, M (g/L)were determined by immune rate scatter nephelometry, and the frequencies of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.

    Results Although there were no statistically significant differences in the content of IgG and IgA among the three groups (P>0.05), the content of IgM had statistically significant difference (P<0.05)among them. The frequencies of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells also showed statistically significant differences among the three groups (P<0.01).

    Conclusion Working at high altitudes area with lower concentration of oxygen in the ambient air, abnormal humoral immunity and cellular immunity were observed in highway maintainance workers.
