Analysis on the Complaints about Occupational Health in Shanghai from 2006 to 2010

目的分析职业卫生投诉举报的原因特点, 并探讨其处理对策。

方法对 2006-2010年上海市所有涉及职业卫生投诉举报案件进行分析。

结果职业卫生投诉举报总数呈现上升趋势; 投诉内容中要求职业健康检查和职业病诊断的最多, 分别占总数的 63.1%和 16.1%; 投诉举报查实和部分查实率达 74.7%。

结论职业卫生投诉举报数量呈上升趋势, 卫生行政部门应提高自身工作能力和服务水平, 及时妥善处理职业卫生投诉案件, 切实保障劳动者权益。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the reasons and features of the complaints about occupational health, and discuss its countermeasures.

Methods All complaints about occupational health in Shanghai from 2006-2010 were analyzed.

Results The number of complaints about occupational health was increased from 2006 through 2010, in which the requirement of occupational health examination and occupational disease diagnosis were most claimed, accounting for 63.0% and 16.1% of the total respectively. Verified and partly verified complaints took up 74.7% of the total.

Conclusion In view of the increasing number of complaints about occupational health, the health administration departments are required to improve their work ability and service quality and dispose complaints promptly and properly so as to guarantee the rights of workers.
