Abstract:
Through consulting and analyzing a large number of interrelated documents, and utilizing the theoretical knowledge of health administration, the changes of the occupational health services providers in enterprises are illustrated, and also the influence by the system reform and the future trends of the changes. The evidences indicate what is significant changed is not only the model, but also the number of the occupational health services providers in enterprises, and it mainly depends on three correlation factors in system reform including the state-owned enterprise reform, the supervision functions on occupational health being adjusted and transformed, the medical and health system reform and the combined influence. In the face of the severe situation of the nationwide prevention of occupational diseases, the occupational health services providers in enterprises should be brought into the system of occupational disease prevention and control, and be given full play to provide the basic occupational health services. The ability of them should be enhanced and to achieve the purpose o"f treating before illness".
