Health Effects of Greenhouses and Pesticide Application on Farmworkers

  • 摘要: 温室生产,在改善冬季蔬菜供应,增加农民收入等方面有着积极的作用,但由于其特殊的微环境,导致温室作业人员的健康风险增高,温室中的高温、高湿等特殊微环境,使得温室中的作业人员农药暴露更高于露天环境,是造成温室作业人员健康损害的最重要因素之一。我国大陆对温室微环境的研究虽也越来越多,但主要集中在提高农业劳动生产率与经济效益方面,对劳动者的健康影响研究仍有限。随着经济的快速发展,温室作业人员职业卫生安全也越来越引起人们的重视。因此,本研究在总结目前国内外温室农药使用对温室作业人员健康影响的基础上,从温室微环境的特点、温室作业人员农药使用与暴露情况,以及温室中农药使用对作业人员健康影响等三方面进行综述探讨,以期为我国温室作业人员健康的防护研究提供相关的参考信息。

     

    Abstract: Greenhouses play a positive role in supplying more vegetables in winter and increasing farmers' income. But the special microenvironment of greenhouses, especially high temperature and high humidity, could make farmers suffering from higher pesticide exposure than those working in open-air and increase health risks to greenhouse farmworkers. The growing researches on greenhouse microenvironment in China mainly focus on improving agricultural production efficiency and economic benefits, but studies on the related health effects are limited. With rapid economic development in China, the occupational health security of greenhouse farmworkers draws more attention. This article summarized domestic and international studies on health effects of pesticide application in greenhouse, in terms of greenhouse microenvironment, pesticide exposure of greenhouse farmworkers, and its health effects, in order to provide recommendations for improving occupational safety and health of greenhouse farmworkers in China.
