摘要: 美国国家职业安全与健康研究所（NIOSH）公布了其2019-2023财年科研和服务的战略计划，以解决影响目前不断变化着的劳动力的各种职业健康与安全危害。该文章对NIOSH公布的一系列计划内容进行了翻译整理后总结报告，以便更加有效地分析和交流其职业安全与健康策略，加强国际职业卫生信息交流，提升国内职业安全与健康水平。

Abstract: The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has released their strategic plan for research and services for the 2019-2023 fiscal year to address a broad range of occupational health and safety hazards affecting an ever-changing workforce. This article translated and summarized a series of plans released by the NIOSH, in order to analyze and communicate its occupational safety and health strategies more effectively, strengthen international exchanges of occupational health information, and raise the level of occupational safety and health in China.
