职业健康检查工作中的伦理问题思考

Reflections on ethical issues in occupational medical examination

摘要: 职业健康检查可以早期发现职业病危害因素对人体健康产生的影响和损害，是有效遏制职业病发生发展的重要手段之一。近年国家又相继修订了《职业健康检查管理办法》《职业健康监护技术规范》等相关法规和技术标准，其目的均为早期发现职业禁忌证和疑似职业病，使职业健康监护工作进一步规范化。本文以职业健康检查工作中出现的伦理问题为切入点，系统分析我国目前的职业健康检查工作依然存在的若干问题和严峻考验。

Abstract: Occupational medical examination is one of the important means to effectively curb the occurrence and development of occupational diseases, by which we could find the adverse health effects of occupational hazards at an early stage. In recent years, the National Health and Family Planning Commission has revised the Management Method of Occupational Medical Examination and the Technical Specifcations for Occupational Health Surveillance to identify occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases, and to standardize occupational health surveillance as well. In this paper, we systematically analyzed the issues and challenges of occupational health surveillance in China in view of ethical issues.
