Abstract:
An effective management mechanism based on Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) was established to associate and improve the functions including purchase application, supplier assessment, quality acceptance, storage management, and resource sharing, thus ensuring the quality requirements of occupational health laboratories on regents and consumables were met. A regular internal assessment and correction for improper practices were conducted so that the LIMS could play an operationfriendly and effective role in the management of reagents and consumables in occupational health laboratories.
