Abstract:
The present paper discussed rationales to establish an integrated management model of occupational safety,health,and compensation in China from the following four aspects:a) realizing occupational safety and health rights;b) exploiting the function of work-related injury insurance;c) defining the role of government supervision;and d) stimulating employers' selfsupervising enthusiasm.Dimensions of function,technique,and department were considered in the model.The paper concluded that concept renewal,law enhancement,technology reserves,and information integration were critical to the model.
