Abstract: Through an occupational hygiene survey of an occupational acute severe organic fluoride poisoning accident caused by the leakage of pilot test materials, the cause of the incident was analyzed, the diagnosis of the occupational disease was established, and the measures to be taken by the enterprise were discussed, aiming to provide reference for the occupational health management and prevention of similar poisoning accidents in chemical industry.
