抗氧化能力指数测定法的研究与应用进展

Advance in Studies and Applications of Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity

  • 摘要: 随着深入了解氧化压力对各种疾病发生、发展的影响,抗氧化物质及其抗氧化功能越来越受到关注。现有多种测定评价抗氧化能力的方法,抗氧化能力指数(oxygen radical absorbance capacity,ORAC)测定是其中常用的一种体外抗氧化能力评价方法。本文综述报道 ORAC法的原理、方法学研究及应用进展。

     

    Abstract: With increasing understanding on the relationship between oxidative stress and the development of various diseases, antioxidants and their antioxidant capacities have received more and more attention in the last two decades. Among the varied methods developed to assess antioxidant capacity, oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) is one of the widely used methods for in vitro assessment. The principles and advances in analysis methods and applications of ORAC were summarized in this article.
