DNA Oxidative Damage and Cancer

  • 摘要: 氧化应激或脂质过氧化造成的DNA氧化损伤是肿瘤发生的重要致病机理。本文对氧化应激或脂质过氧化诱发的DNA氧化损伤及其检测方法,以及DNA加合物作为氧化应激或脂质过氧化生物标志物在肿瘤病因学和预防研究中的应用作简要概述。

     

    Abstract: DNA damage induced by oxidative stress/lipid peroxidation may play an important role for driving normal cells to malignancy in the occurrence of human cancers. This review summarized the lipid peroxidation-induced DNA damage and its detection methods. DNA adducts could be applied as biomarkers of oxidative stress/lipid peroxidation in the study of the etiology and prevention of cancer.
