舟山海岛地区儿童2006~2010年几种矿物质水平的调查分析

A Survey on Children's Minerals in Zhoushan Island Area from 2006 to 2010

  • 摘要: 目的 了解舟山海岛地区不同时期儿童的几种矿物质水平,为儿童预防保健工作提供指导。

    方法 在2006年1月至2010年12月来我院体检的上万名儿童中,每年采用随机整群抽样的方法对一部份儿童的血铅、镉、锌、钙、铁、镁、铜含量进行检测分析。

    结果 2006~2010年各种矿物元素结果比较显示,血铅2009、2010年度结果较2006年度增高(P<0.05);血钙2009、2010年度结果较2006年度增高(P<0.05);其他元素结果比较,差异无统计学意义。2006~2010年各种元素异常率显示:血铅、血锌、血铁、血钙异常率明显,血镁和血铜未见明显异常。血铅2006~2010年异常率分别为8.2%、10.1%、11.4%、12.1%和13.2%,有上升趋势,血钙2006~2010年异常率分别为10.2%、9.7%、9.3%、8.8%和8.8%,有下降趋势。

    结论 近5年海岛儿童除镁、铜缺乏较少外,钙、锌、铁的缺乏和铅中毒都占相当的比例,并且血铅异常检出率有逐年增高的趋势,但缺钙的情况有所好转。所以应定期检测儿童血液各种元素浓度,及时了解儿童营养状况,对于儿童健康发育成长具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe children's minerals in Zhoushan islands and to provide guidance for children's health care.

    Methods The minerals in blood including lead, cadmium, zinc, calcium, iron, magnesium and copper were detected in blood samples of children randomly selected from over ten thousand of those coming to our hospital for health care inspection from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2010.

    Results The levels of blood lead and blood calcium of 2009 and 2010 were higher than that of 2006 (P<0.05); there was no significant difference among the other minerals. The abnormal rates of blood lead, zinc, iron and calcium were significantly high. The abnormal rates of blood lead from 2006 to 2010 were 8.2%, 10.1%, 11.4%, 12.1% and 13.2% respectively which exhibited an increasing trend. The abnormal rates of blood calcium from 2006 to 2010 were 10.2%, 9.7%, 9.3%, 8.8% and 8.8% respectively showing a declining trend.

    Conclusion Except very low deficiencies of magnesium and copper in the islands' children in the latest five years, the deficiencies of cadmium, zinc and iron are quite significant, and the abnormal rate of blood lead increases by years. However, calcium deficiency is improved. The surveillance on children's micronutrients provides evidence to improve adolescent health in Zhoushan area.
