尘肺病影像学诊断技术研究进展

Advances in the Imaging Diagnostic Technique of Pneumoconiosis

  • 摘要: 尘肺病是因为长期吸入生产性粉尘导致的肺纤维化病变。目前主要依靠高仟伏X射线胸片来诊断。近年来,数字化成像技术迅速发展并有望取代高仟伏X线摄片。本文通过各种影像学技术的比较,对尘肺病影像学诊断技术进行了总结和展望。

     

    Abstract: Pneumoconiosis is a pulmonary fibrosis disease caused by inhaling industrial dust. The high voltage chest Roentgenography is presently the main means for diagnosing pneumoconiosis. Digital radiography technology has developed rapidly in recent years and is hopefully to supersede the traditional Roentgenography. Through comparing the different imaging techniques, this article summarized the pneumoconiosis imaging diagnostic techniques and made some prospects.
