方法按卫生实验室计量认证评审准则和理化检验的方法和要求, 对空白试验、校准曲线、质量控制图、平行试验、加标回收试验、精密度试验、对照试验、比对试验等方法和评价依据进行具体的探讨。

结果通过规范内部质量控制与质量评价的方法和标准, 使实验室内部质量控制更具可操作性。

结论通过实验室内部质量控制, 剖析、评审和解决存在的问题, 从而确保了实验室分析结果的可靠性。

Abstract: Objective To establish a system for the management and control for the measurement quality in a hygienic and sanitary analysis laboratory.

Methods Based on the requirements for the competence of the sanitary analysis laboratory and for the standard testing methods, measures of blank tests, calibration curves, quality control charts, the parallel detection tests, test of standard additions, precision test, comparative test and contrast test were taken.

Results Quality of analysis and testing in the laboratory had been controlled in a normal situation for a long period.

Conclusion Experiences described above could be available for the other testing and analysis laboratories.
