气候变化对人群健康影响评估方法的研究进展

Systematic review of methodology in evaluating impacts of climate change on human health

    气候变化可以通过多种途径直接或间接地影响人体健康,已成为21世纪人类健康最大的威胁。准确评估气候变化健康风险并提出针对性的适应策略和减缓措施已成为当务之急。本文系统收集和整理国内外气候变化健康风险研究,对气候变化健康风险评估方法进行综述,将其归纳为生态学分析法、面板数据分析法、灾害风险分析法、生态位分析法、机制分析法、可计算一般均衡分析法六大类,并对各类评估方法的应用情况和优缺点进行分析和评价,最后对气候变化健康风险研究领域发展提出建议和展望。

     

    Abstract:

    Climate change affects human health directly or indirectly through multiple channels and has become one of the biggest global health threats of the 21st century. Accurately assessing the impacts of climate change on human health and developing adaptation strategies and mitigation measures have become an urgent task. This paper systematically reviewed methods commonly used in health risk assessment of climate change. The reviewed methods can be categorized into ecological analysis, panel data analysis, disaster risk analysis, environmental niche analysis, mechanism analysis, and computable general equilibrium analysis. Then, the paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of these methodological categories. Lastly, this paper presented current responses and outlined future directions in this field.
