孕期双酚A暴露对子代影响的流行病学研究进展

Effects of exposure to bisphenol A during pregnancy on offsprings: A review of epidemiological studies

  • 摘要: 双酚A有较强的类雌激素样作用,主要影响发育旺盛的青少年和儿童。随着研究的深入,探索其对成长发育的影响已追溯至亲代暴露等更为深远的层次上。本文总结国外研究结果,发现孕期双酚A暴露与子代的意识、行为发育以及健康之间关系复杂;我国及亚洲地区的相关研究较少,且观察指标较为简单。东西方国家人群生活习惯存在巨大差异,因此有必要借助近年来国内迅速发展的人群队列研究,探索我国特定生活环境下,孕妇双酚A的暴露状况及危害,为制定双酚A的使用标准提供参考依据,从而提高孕产妇的生活质量,保护青少年儿童的健康成长。

     

    Abstract: Bisphenol A (BPA) has a strong estrogen-like effect, mainly affecting adolescents and children who are in fast growth and development stages. With deeper study in this topic, the effect of prenatal BPA exposure is increasingly concerned. According to foreign studies, the exposure to BPA during pregnancy exhibits complicated influences on the awareness, behaviors, and health of their offsprings. Less relevant studies are identified in China and other Asia areas, moreover, the applied evaluation indicators are relatively simple. Due to the differences between the East and the West, we propose to explore the status and effect of BPA exposure in pregnant women under the specific circumstances in China in virtue of the rapid development of epidemiology cohorts in recent years, and provide convincing population-based evidences to standardize the use of BPA, improve pregnant women's living standard, and protect children's health.
