基于德尔菲法的办公室工作者静态行为评估体系构建

Sedentary behavior evaluation system for offce workers based on Delphi method

  • 摘要: 目的 基于德尔菲法构建办公室工作者静态行为评估体系,为进一步对静态行为及其影响因素的研究提供基础。

    方法 通过文献研究和专家访谈方法初步构建静态行为及其影响因素评估框架,形成专家咨询问卷;进行两轮专家咨询,第一轮选定专家30名,第二轮选定专家25名,形成静态行为评估的维度和条目池。

    结果 两轮专家咨询的积极系数均在83%以上。专家对静态行为的权威系数为0.784,对静态行为影响因素的权威系数为0.776。两轮专家咨询中,静态行为和静态行为影响因素的肯德尔协调系数均在0.370以上(P < 0.05)。办公室工作者静态行为评估体系包括静态行为和静态行为影响因素,共2个一级指标、7个二级指标和43个三级指标。

    结论 通过德尔菲法成功构建办公室工作者静态行为评估体系,专家积极性、权威程度和协调度较高,评价指标的筛选较为全面、合理。

     

    Abstract: Objective To construct a sedentary behavior evaluation system for office workers based on Delphi method, and provide a basis for further study on sedentary behavior and its influencing factors.

    Methods An initial valuation framework of sedentary behavior and its influencing factors was constructed by literature review and expert interview. Two rounds of expert consultation, 30 experts involved in round 1 and 25 experts in round 2, were conducted using questionnaires to refine the dimensions and items of the sedentary behavior evaluation system.

    Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were both above 83%. The authority coefficients of experts on sedentary behavior and related influencing factors were 0.784 and 0.776, respectively. In the two rounds of expert consultation, the Kendall concordance coefficients of sedentary behavior and related influencing factors were all above 0.370 (P < 0.05). The experts achieved a consensus on the sedentary behavior evaluation system for office workers, consisting of sedentary behavior and related influencing factors, and including 2 primary indices, 7 secondary indices, and 43 tertiary indices.

    Conclusion A comprehensive and reasonable sedentary behavior evaluation system for office workers is constructed based on Delphi method, showing high levels of expert participation, authority, and concordance.
