Research progress on chemical composition and health effects of traffic-related PM2.5

  • 摘要: 随着城市化进程不断加快,交通源PM2.5已成为城市大气颗粒物的重要来源之一。交通源PM2.5可以富集多种有害物,与呼吸系统、心血管系统、神经系统、消化系统等相关疾病的发生发展有关,且具有生殖毒性和致癌作用。本综述依据交通源PM2.5的研究现状,概述交通源PM2.5的来源、化学成分对呼吸系统、心血管系统、神经系统、消化系统的影响以及其生殖毒性和致癌性,以期对交通源PM2.5有更清晰直观的认识,为相关决策提供科学的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of urbanization, traffic-related PM2.5 have become one of the most important sources of atmospheric particulate matters. Traffic-related PM2.5 can enrich multiple harmful chemicals, contribute to the development of respiratory, cardiovascular, nervous, and digestive diseases, and produce reproductive toxicity and carcinogenicity. According to available studies, this article reviewed the sources and chemical components of traffic-related PM2.5, as well as their effects on respiratory system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, digestive system, reproduction, and carcinogenesis, aiming to provide a clear picture of traffic-related PM2.5 and a scientific and theoretical basis for decision making.
