转化生长因子-β1及其介导的信号通路在百草枯致肺上皮间质转化中的作用

Roles of transforming growth factor-beta 1 and its mediated signaling pathways in pulmonary epithelial mesenchymal transition induced by paraquat

  • 摘要: 近年来,除草剂在农业生产中广泛使用,中毒事件时有发生,其中以百草枯中毒多见,死亡率较高。百草枯中毒的主要靶器官是肺脏,其病理改变主要为早期的肺泡炎、肺水肿及晚期的肺纤维化。百草枯中毒致肺纤维化的机制复杂,新近研究发现多种细胞因子及其介导的信号通路是百草枯致肺纤维化形成过程中的关键环节。本文对转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及其介导的主要细胞信号通路(Smads、MAPK、Wnt)在百草枯致肺上皮间质转化中的作用进行综述。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, with the wide application of herbicides in agricultural production, pesticide poisoning events which are mainly caused by paraquat occur frequently and lead to a high mortality rate. Lung is the main target organ of paraquat poisoning, and its pathological changes include early alveolitis, pulmonary edema, and advanced pulmonary fibrosis. The pulmonary fibrosis mechanism of paraquat poisoning is complex. Recent studies show that a variety of cytokines and signaling pathways are key to the formation of pulmonary fibrosis. In this paper, we reviewed the roles of transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) and its mediated cell signaling pathways (Smads, MAPK, and Wnt) in pulmonary epithelial mesenchymal transition induced by paraquat.
