On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear accident in the former Soviet Union, it is necessary to review and clarify the severe consequences of the accident. In particular, we should learn from the experience and lessons to gain useful inspiration, so as to strengthen nuclear safety and better utilize nuclear energy for the benefits of the public.
