空气污染物对哮喘相关基因DNA甲基化影响的研究进展

Research Progress on DNA Methylation of Asthma Related Genes Induced by Air Pollutants

    支气管哮喘是一种常见的慢性气道炎症疾病,发病率逐年升高,对人类健康危害极大。已有研究表明表观遗传调控对于颗粒物诱发或加重哮喘起着重要作用。本文对哮喘发病中一些重要基因(iNOS、FOXP3、IFNG、IL-4、IL-13、STAT6等)的甲基化改变的研究现状进行综述,为今后哮喘相关基因的表观遗传学研究提供思路。

     

    Abstract:

    Bronchial asthma, a common chronic airway inflammation disease with increasing incidence rate, is very harmful to human health. Previous studies have shown that epigenetic regulation plays an important role in the pathogenesis and exacerbation of asthma induced by particulate matters. This review summarized the status quo of research on the methylation changes of selected important genes in the pathogenesis of asthma, such as iNOS, FOXP3, IFNG, IL-4, IL-13, and STAT6, aiming to provide ideas for future research of methylation of asthma related genes.
