邻苯二甲酸酯对胚胎发育毒作用及其机制的研究进展

Advances on Effects of Phthalate Acid Esters on Development of Embryos and Related Mechanism

    邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate acid esters,PAEs)是一类常用的增塑剂,广泛地存在于人们日常生活环境中,如塑料制品、化妆品、食品包装、儿童玩具等。PAEs对机体存在毒性作用,不仅可影响生物体的内分泌系统,也可对生物体的心、肝、肺、肾及生殖等系统产生慢性毒性作用。本文就PAEs对胚胎发育不同阶段的毒性影响及其可能机制进行综述。

     

    Abstract:

    Phthalate acid esters (PAEs) are a common group of plasticizer widely existing in daily life, such as plastic products, cosmetics, food packages, and toys for children. PAEs not only affect endocrine system, but also have chronic toxicities on other organs and systems, such as heart, liver, lung, kidney, and reproductive system. In this systematic review, we discussed the effects of PAEs on different stages of embryos development and potential underlying mechanisms.
