Research Progress on Lung Toxicity Mechanism of Fine Particulate Matters

  • 摘要:

    空气中可吸入细颗粒物(PM2.5)暴露是严重的公共卫生问题,机体暴露于PM2.5可引起多种健康损伤,尤其是肺毒性作用。本文针对近年来PM2.5暴露所致机体的肺毒性效应及机制,从炎症作用、氧化应激、免疫毒性和基因突变4个方面进行综述,旨在为进一步研究PM2.5致肺毒性机制提供理论依据,并为PM2.5致肺毒性的诊断奠定基础。

     

    Abstract:

    Exposure to atmospheric fine particulate matters (PM2.5) has already been recognized as a major public health problem. It can cause multiple adverse health effects, especially lung diseases. In this light, recent studies reporting ingredients potential mechanism of human lung toxicity induced by PM2.5 exposure were reviewed in this article and presented in four categories including inflammatory response, oxidative stress, immune toxicity, and genetic mutations. This review aimed to provide a theoretical basis for further related study and the diagnosis of lung toxicity induced by PM2.5.
