全氟辛烷磺酸对雄性动物生殖毒性作用的研究进展

Research Progress on Reproduction Toxicity of Perfluorooctane Sulfonate to Male Animals

  • 摘要: 全氟辛烷磺酸作为一种新型持久性有机污染物,其对全球生态所造成的严重污染现象已受到社会越来越多的关注。本文介绍了全氟辛烷磺酸对精子发育成熟、血睾屏障结构与功能、睾酮合成的影响以及经此途径诱导雄性生殖损伤相关机制,综述全氟辛烷磺酸对雄性动物生殖毒性的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) is considered as an emerging persistent organic pollutant and has attracted more and more attentions due to its global serious pollution. This review introduced the impacts of PFOS on sperm maturation, structure and function of blood-testis barrier, testosterone synthesis, as well as the potential molecular mechanism associated with induced male reproductive damage, aiming to summarize the research progress on reproduction toxicity of PFOS to male animals.
