重金属环境污染人身健康损害鉴定框架

Appraisal Framework of Human Being Health Loss Attributed to Environmental Heavy Metal Pollution

  • 摘要: 重金属环境污染是我国经济发展过程中产生的各类环境问题中突出的问题之一。解决重金属环境污染对居民健康的影响是我国亟待解决的现实问题,文中提出重金属污染人身健康损害鉴定的框架,包括标准化名称、鉴定程序和诊断标准,并建议从污染最严重的重金属,包括铅、汞、锰、砷、镉等开始着手。

     

    Abstract: Environmental heavy metal pollution (EHMP) is one outstanding environmental issue arising along China's economic development. The EHMP impacts on residents' health call for urgent solution at national level. We recommend establishing an appraisal framework regarding residents' human being health loss attributed to EHMP including standardized terminology, appraisal procedure, and diagnosis standards. We also recommend the above-mentioned work starting from the leading heavy metal pollutants, such as lead, mercury, manganese, arsenic, and cadmium.
