某钢丝绳厂2例职业性黑变病病例报告

Two Case Reports on Occupational Melanosis in a Steel Wire Rope Factory

  • 摘要: 直接接触煤焦油、石油及其分馏产品等可引起黑变病,本文报告某钢丝绳厂同一车间相同工种因接触机油、油脂等油渍发生2 例职业性黑变病。建议在接触可致职业性黑变病危害因素的岗位,应加强职业健康监护,避免职业病的发生。

     

    Abstract: Exposure to coal tar, petroleum, and related fractionation products can cause melanosis. The paper reported two cases of occupational melanosis in a steel wire rope factory showing history of exposure to engine oil and commercial grease. It is suggested that occupational health surveillance should be strengthened on the workstations with exposure to occupational melanosis hazards to avoid the occurrence of occupational diseases.
