煤制甲醇作业人员神经行为功能及血清中代谢型谷氨酸受体1含量的改变

Alterations of Neurobehavioral Function and Expression of mGluR1 in Coal-Methanol Industry Workers

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨煤制甲醇作业工人神经行为功能与血清中代谢型谷氨酸受体1(metabotropic glutamate receptor1,mGluR1)含量的变化。

    方法 采用整群抽样的方法,选取某煤化工分公司甲醇厂95 名脱硫泵房作业工人为暴露组,另选该厂管理人员122 名为对照组。采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试方法进行神经行为功能测试,采取酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中mGluR1 的表达水平。

    结果 暴露组紧张- 焦虑、有力- 好动标准分中位数分别为52.75、49.92,均高于对照组中位数(50.73、45.77),而愤怒- 敌意、疲劳- 惰性、困惑- 迷茫标准分中位数分别为49.88、49.17、51.13,均低于对照组(52.96、51.47、51.13)(P< 0.01)。暴露组打点数、正确打点数、数字译码、顺序总分、倒序总分、数字跨度标准分中位数分别为51.93、51.92、50.06、48.01、54.51、52.92,均高于对照组(51.52、50.21、47.66、41.60、48.24、50.34);错误打点数标准分中位数为49.24,低于对照组(51.52)。暴露组mGluR1 含量为2.11 ng/L,低于对照组2.24 ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.01)。神经功能测定与mGluR1 含量之间有相关性,打点数、正确打点数、错误打点数、数字译码、顺序总分、倒序总分、数字跨度与mGluR1含量相关系数分别为0.180、0.193、-0.071、0.025、-0.167、-0.031、-0.080(P均< 0.01)。

    结论 煤制甲醇作业环境可导致作业人员的神经行为改变,使得mGluR1 含量降低。

     

    Abstract: Objective To assess the changes of neurobehavioral function and metabotropic glutamate receptor 1 (mGluR1) expression in workers currently employed in a coal-methanol plant.

    Methods A total of 95 workers in a desulphurization work station of a coal-methanol plant were selected as an exposure group, and 122 administration staff as a control group. The neurobehavioral function of all participants were evaluated according to the Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery (NCTB) recommended by the World Health Organization, and mGluR1 expression was determined by ELISA method.

    Results The median scores of tension-anxiety and vigor-activity in the exposure group were 52.75 and 49.92, respectively, both higher than those of the control group (50.73 and 45.77), but the median scores of anger-hostility, fatigue-inertia, and confusion-bewilderment were 49.88, 49.17, and 51.13, respectively, all lower than those of the control group (52.96, 51.47, and 51.13) (P< 0.01). The medians of hit number, correct hit number, digit symbol, forward total, backward total, and digit span in the exposure group were 1.93, 51.92, 50.06, 48.01, 54.51, and 52.92, respectively, all higher than those of the control group (51.52, 50.21, 47.66, 41.60, 48.24, and 50.34); however, the median of wrong hit number in the exposure group (49.24) was lower than that of the control group (51.52) (all P< 0.01). The mGluR1 content in the exposure group was 2.11 ng/L, also statistically lower than that of the control group (2.24 ng/L) (P< 0.01). Associations were found between neurobehavioral function with mGluR1 content. The correlation coefficients of mGluR1 content with hit number, correct hit number, digit symbol, forward total, backward total, and digit span were 0.180, 0.193, -0.071, 0.025, -0.167, -0.031, and -0.080, respectively (all P< 0.01).

    Conclusion The working environment of coal-methanol production may influence workers' neurobehavioral function and reduce mGluR1 contents.
