Research progress on relationship between environmental exposure and autism spectrum disorder in children

  • 摘要: 儿童自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种神经发育障碍,近年来其患病率逐渐上升,对患儿的家庭和社会造成了极大的影响。以往的流行病学研究发现,环境暴露会对ASD的发病产生重要影响,其中包括农药、重金属、全氟或多氟烷基物质、酚类、空气污染等。本文将从上述几种常见的环境暴露危险因素,重点阐述环境暴露与ASD之间的相关性,以期为ASD的后续研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder, and its prevalence has been increasing during the recent years, which has posed a great impact on the families of the patients and society. Epidemiological studies have found that environmental exposure factors have an important impact on the occurrence and development of ASD, including pesticides, heavy metals, poly- and perfluoroalkyl substances, phenols, and air pollution. This paper focused on the relationship between environmental exposure to the above mentioned typical environmental exposure factors and the occurrence of ASD, in order to provide reference for related research of ASD.
