Research Advances on Biomarkers of Immune Responses Associated with Exercise Induced Oxidative Stress in Plateau Environment

  • Oxidative damage induced by exercise in plateau environment is difficult to tackle in plateau training.Sensitive biomarkers of immune responses associated with exercise induced oxidative stress can be used for early diagnosis.Based on the changes of neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network of athletes induced by plateau environment,the paper discusses potential rules of immune responses and exercise induced oxidative stress.It reviews reaction mechanism of body's stress-immune response associated with oxidative stress and stimulated by plateau environment and exercise load.The paper summarizes the theoretical basis for biomarkers of immune responses associated with exercise induced oxidative stress in plateau environment.It lays the foundation for early warning of sports diseases induced by plateau training such as heart,brain,and lung diseases,and making technical standards to test oxidative stress damage as well.
