Continuing Education of Laboratory Animal Practitioners

  • With the rapid development of modern life sciences such as medicine, biology, and pharmaceutics, the emerging experimental zoology is also independently developing into an integrative life science discipline, and its methods are wildly applied to preventive medicine research. The accuracy, reliability, uniformity, repeatability, and comparability of animal experiment results are more strictly required in current research. Hence, higher standards of professional quality pertaining to comprehensiveness and meticulousness are applied to laboratory animal practitioners, aiming to produce the same results no matter operator, time, or location of conducting an animal experiment. Therefore, laboratory animal practitioners are required to pursue sustainable continuing education.
