Determination of 17 Elements in Whole Blood by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 目的 建立血中17 种元素的快速同时测定方法。

    方法 血样中铍(Be)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、银(Ag)、镉(Cd)、锡(Sn)、锑(Sb)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)、铝(Al)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)共17 种元素,经直接酸化后,用锂(Li)、钪(Sc)、锗(Ge)、铟(In)作为内标元素,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。

    结果 各元素检出限在0.081~218 μg/L 之间;线性良好,线性相关系数均 ≥ 0.995 0;各元素的加标回收率在83.0%~112.1%,日内精密度和日间精密度分别为0.92%~10.10%和0.51%~9.05%。

    结论 此方法简便、快速、准确,结果令人满意,可用于人体血样中17 种金属元素的测定,能满足相关生物监测的技术要求。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish a method for rapid and simultaneous determination of 17 elements in whole blood by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

    Methods After acid digestion, 17 trace elements in whole blood samples including Be, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, Tl, Pb, Al, Cu, and Zn were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Li, Sc, Ge, and In were used as internal standards.

    Results The detection limit of the elements ranged from 0.081-218 μg/L. The average correlation coefficients were all ≥ 0.995 0, with good linearity. The recovery rates of each element varied from 83.0% to 112.1%. The intra-day and inter-day precisions ranged from 0.92% to 10.10% and from 0.51% to 9.05%, respectively.

    Conclusion A simple and rapid method is validated showing accurate and satisfied results. It meets the technical requirements of biology samples and can be applied to the determination of 17 metallic elements in human whole blood samples.
