Determination of Dimethoxymethane in Water by Purge-and-Trap Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 目的 建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱检测水中二甲氧基甲烷的方法。

    方法 利用吹扫捕集富集水中二甲氧基甲烷, 解吸后用气相色谱/质谱法测定, 选用特征离子外标法定量。

    结果 方法在试验浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.999 5), 检出限为0.03 μg/L, 回收率为95.2%~99.3%, 相对标准偏差为2.18%~3.87%。

    结论 该方法准确性好、灵敏度高, 适合于水中二甲氧基甲烷的检测。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish a method for the determination of dimethoxymethane in water by purge-and-trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS).

    Methods The dimethoxymethane in water were purged and trapped, then desorbed and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The external standard method applied characteristic ions for quantification.

    Results The linearity of the method was good under the experimental condition of dimethoxymethane (r=0.999 5). The detection limit was 0.03 μg/L. The recovery rates were 95.2%-99.3%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 2.18%-3.87%.

    Conclusion The purge-and-trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry is a sensitive and accurate method for determination of dimethoxymethane in water.
