摘要:
目的 分析1例急性氮氧化物中毒事故的起因、经过,并提出防治措施。 方法 依据患者临床表现、作业场所职业卫生调查结果及职业病诊断标准进行诊断。 结果 患者系因接触氮氧化物而导致急性重度中毒。 结论 需采取综合性的职业病防治措施,防止此类中毒事故再次发生。 Abstract:Objective To analyze the reason and process of an acute poisoning accident of nitrogen oxide and to propose measures for its control and prevention. Methods Diagnosis was based on clinical manifestations,occupational health survey findings in the workplace,and diagnosis criteria of occupational diseases. Results Exposure to nitrogen oxide led to the acute severe poisoning accident. Conclusion Comprehensive strategies for occupational disease control and prevention need to be adopted to prevent the re-occurrence of this kind of poisoning accident.
