A Survey on Environmental Quality of Railway Dangerous Goods Stations

  • 摘要: 目的 了解上海铁路局危险品货运站环境空气、土壤、地表水质量状况。

    方法 选择上海南翔站(桃浦站)、无锡站(南门货场)为研究对象,通过对危险品货运站环境空气、土壤、地表水开展现场监测采样,结合实验室分析结果,开展分析评价。

    结果 南翔站(桃浦站)环境空气PM10不符合《环境空气质量标准》(GB 3059-1996)二级标准,土壤监测指标中的铅、砷、汞不符合《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618-1995)三级标准;无锡站(南门货场)地表水监测指标中的石油类、总磷不符合《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类标准。

    结论 铁路危险品货运站的环境存在一定程度的污染,应加强监测,采取合理治理措施。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the quality of air,soil,and surface water at dangerous goods stations of Shanghai Railway Bureau.

    Methods Shanghai Nanxiang station (Taopu station) and Wuxi station (Nanmen freight yard) were selected as study sites.On-site monitoring and sampling of air,soil,and surface water were carried out for laboratory analysis and quality assessment.

    Results At Nanxiang station (Taopu station),the ambient air PM10 concentration was beyond the Level 2 limit as prescribed in Ambient Air Quality Standard (GB 3059-1996);the concentrations of lead,arsenic,and mercury exceeded the Level 3 limit in Environmental Quality Standard for Soils (GB 15618-1995).At Wuxi station (Nanmen freight yard),the monitoring index of petroleum and total phosphorus did not meet the Class IV standard provided in Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002).

    Conclusion The railway dangerous goods stations investigated are threatened by some environmental pollution to various extents.Therefore,strengthened monitoring and proper control measures should be adopted.
