Analysis on the Reliability and Validity of KAP Questionnaire on AIDS Prevention for Female Entertainment Workers

摘要: 目的评价中国加拿大合作设计《娱乐场所女性服务人员艾滋病知识、态度、行为》调查问卷的信度和效度。

方法随机选择松江区25家娱乐场所的125名女性服务人员作为调查对象,计算该问卷的内部一致性和结构效度。

结果该问卷的5个模块中,Cronbach's α系数、分半信度在0.516~0.837之间。结构效度较好,9个公因子可解释问卷全部内容的69.52%。

结论该问卷信度、效度符合要求,问卷具有较好的内在一致性和结构效度。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Sino-Canada designed KAP questionnaire on AIDS prevention for female entertainment workers (FEWs).

Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 125 FEWs who were randomly selected from 25 entertainment venues to measure the internal consistency and construct validity of the questionnaire.

Results Among all the 5 parts of the questionnaire, the Cronbach's α coefficient and split-half reliability were ranged from 0.516 to 0.837. The factor analysis showed that the 9 common factors could explain 69.52% of the questionnaire and the structure of the questionnaire was consistent with theoretical hypothesis.

Conclusion The reliability and validity of the questionnaire has reached the requirements of a standard questionnaire.
