便携式气质联用技术在职业病危害评价中的应用

Application of Portable GC-MS for Assessment of Occupational Hazards

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨便携式气质联用(GC-MS)技术在职业病危害评价中的应用,为拓展其应用范围提供依据。

    方法 于2008-2009年采用便携式GC-MS仪对某火力发电厂、某胶黏剂生产企业、某企业喷漆车间等工作场所的空气进行检测。

    结果 GC-MS技术可用于工业选址评价、识别职业病危害因素、筛选重点评价因子等方面。

    结论 利用GC-MS技术进行现场检测,可快速识别工作场所空气中有机化学危害因素,为建设项目职业病危害评价提供较快捷的服务。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the application of portable GC-MS for the assessment of occupational hazards, and provide the basis for expanding its application range.

    Methods GC-MS was used to test the occupational hazards in the air of workplace of a coal-burning power plant, a polyurethane adhesive enterprise, and a paint spray booth, etc.

    Results We used GC-MS successfully in many ways, such as selecting the site of new industrial enterprises, identifying the occupational hazards and screening the key occupational evaluation factors, etc.

    Conclusion Using potable GC-MS is able to quickly analyze organic chemicals in site qualitatively and semiquantitatively, and gives scientific data for occupational hazards evaluation.
