老树新花——芳香烃受体在环境化学物毒性效应中的作用

An old tree with fresh blooms: role of aryl hydrocarbon receptors in the toxicity of environmental chemicals

  • 摘要:

    芳香烃受体(AhR)是重要的环境化学物感受器,虽长期受到关注,但多数研究集中于其受外源化学物激活后对代谢酶的调控作用。近年来发现AhR在生理状态下可以被内源性配体激活,并与多条信号通路有交互作用,介导多种生命活动。环境化学物也可能通过干扰AhR正常功能而导致疾病发生。本文对AhR在环境化学物毒性效应中作用的研究现况进行介绍。

     

    Abstract:

    Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) as an important environmental chemical sensor has received long-term attention, but most research focuses on the regulation of metabolizing enzymes in response to exogenous chemicals. Recently, AhR has been found to be activated by endogenous ligands under physiological conditions, and interact with a large number of signal pathways to mediate a variety of life activities. Environmental chemicals may also cause diseases by interfering with the physiological function of AhR. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of AhR-mediated environmental chemical toxicity.
