振动性神经损伤的研究进展

Research progress on vibration-induced nervous impairment

  • 摘要:

    职业性手臂振动综合征指长期从事手臂振动作业而引起的职业性疾患。该病的危害主要包括手臂部的循环功能、神经功能以及骨关节-肌肉的损伤。目前,振动对神经功能的影响越来越受到重视,并成为职业性手臂振动危害防治的研究热点。本文结合国内外相关文献,对振动性神经损伤的病理改变、感觉神经功能改变、分子机制以及振动对中枢神经功能影响的研究进展等进行了简要综述,并对振动性神经损伤今后的研究方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract:

    Occupational hand-arm vibration syndrome refers to damage of circulatory, nervous, and musculoskeletal functions of hand-arm system caused by long-term hand-transmitted vibration. Vibration-induced nervous impairment (VNI) has attract increasing attention and has become a research hot spot in the prevention and control of occupational vibration hazards. In this paper, VNI related research progresses were reviewed, focusing on pathologic changes, sensory nerve function changes, molecular mechanism, and the central nervous injury caused by vibration exposure, and directions for further research were prospected.
