三氯乙烯的免疫毒性

Immunotoxicity of trichloroethylene

  • 摘要: 三氯乙烯是一种重要的挥发性有机氯溶剂,应用领域非常广泛,在其生产和应用过程中均可发生职业暴露。三氯乙烯还是一种常见的环境污染物,在空气、土壤、地表水中均可检测到。三氯乙烯毒作用的主要靶器官包括肝脏、肾脏、心脏、中枢和外周神经系统、皮肤、免疫系统等。本综述主要关注三氯乙烯对免疫系统的影响,在人群流行病学研究、动物实验研究、体外实验的毒性数据基础上,以其免疫毒效应结局进行分类,综述其对免疫系统的影响及毒作用模式。

     

    Abstract: Trichloroethylene (TCE) is a volatile chlorinated organic compound commonly used in industrial settings with a widespread environmental contamination in the atmosphere, soil, and ground water. The adverse health effects of occupational and environmental exposure to TCE were important issues over the last 20 years. TCE causes acute and chronic toxicities involving multiple target organs/systems such as liver, kidney, heart, nervous system, skin, and immune system. This review focused on the effects of TCE on immune system and provided an overall conclusion for immunotoxicity of TCE and mode of action based on the data of molecular epidemiological studies and animal studies in vitro and in vivo.
