运动营养补充剂的研究进展

Advances on sports nutrition supplements

  • 摘要: 运动可引起体内能源物质的消耗及内环境的改变,进而影响人体的运动能力和运动表现,使用营养补充剂可以补充能源物质,维持生物体内的环境稳态。本文综述了β-丙氨酸、硝酸盐、植物多酚以及多组分运动补充剂等近年来国内外热点研究的补充剂在提高运动能力、降低氧耗、减少肌肉损伤等方面的研究进展,为运动员提供更多的选择。

     

    Abstract: Physical exercise can induce depletion of internal energy substrates and changes in internal environment homeostasis, thus influencing exercise ability and performance. The ingestion of appropriate supplements can supply energy substances and maintain internal environment homeostasis. The paper reviewed the beneficial effects of beta-alanine, nitrate, polyphenol, and multi-ingredient performance supplements on enhancing exercise ability, reducing oxygen cost, reducing muscle damage, and so on, in order to offer more choices to athletes.
